Bella began her yoga practice over 10 years ago at a local gym. She fell in love with the physical practice of yoga and eventually its ability to ground her. Yoga has provided her with the skills to relax, quite her mind and get her through the ‘tough’ days. It  has also given her with the ability to stay present and grateful for all that life has to offer. Bella's spontaneous side loves the creativity and playfulness of flow classes while her analytical side loves classes full of intentional structure and alignment cues. Students can expect to find both of these qualities in her classes. Bella is a certified personal trainer, as well as a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. Bella earned her certification from Ame Wren and Lynne Begier of Back Bay Yoga, and has since continued her yoga education under Rolf Gates.
