Yoga has been a steady and profoundly transformative presence in Cara's life since 2009—one that she now delights in sharing with others. In her teaching, Cara links breath to movement in intelligent, anatomically informed sequences designed to encourage vitality, healing, and freedom. Through the yoga practice, she hopes to guide her students toward greater ease and security in both body and mind. A dedicated student of yoga asana and philosophy, Cara is inspired by the classical traditions as well as current theories of functional movement and meditation. Cara completed her 200+ hour training with Ame Wren and Brenna Matthews at Boston Yoga School and remains deeply grateful for the continued mentorship of her many teachers. In addition to her yoga studies, Cara holds a master's degree in the History of Art & Architecture
