Caroline Willson

Caroline discovered Yoga while intensively studying dance and performance at a performing arts high school in New Jersey. She quickly became fascinated with the practice and started to regularly take class and further her interest in Vinyasa and Hot Yoga. At the end of her freshman year at Rutgers University, Caroline completed Om Factory's 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, under the guidance of Taryn Vander-Hoop and Blair Ritchie. After connecting to yoga on a tremendously deeper level, Caroline began teaching for Rutgers and Princeton Athletics, where she instructed weekly Yoga and mobility classes for student-athletes. In addition, Caroline taught Vinyasa Yoga for the recreation department at Rutgers, Chair Yoga for local senior centers, and Children’s Yoga for local dance studios. Her wide variety of experience teaching Yoga has made her fall in love with the practice even more. She believes that anyone can practice Yoga, and all it takes is an open mind in order to connect to the practice in a spiritual and passionate way. Caroline has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northeastern University. With her background in Kinesiology, Anatomy, and Health Sciences, Caroline’s high-energy Vinyasa classes emphasize endurance, energy, and inspiration to all. Caroline’s intention is to use Yoga to transform her students’ physical and spiritual growth for a happier and healthier life. Her goal is to inspire all students to become the best version of themselves! Her accessible and fun classes are a place where people can get away from reality and instead discover what is most important in their life! She enjoys watching students grow their practice in their own way, at their own pace- in a judgment-free zone.
