Relax your body and mind with an afternoon of Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation. Kate will lead you through Restorative Yoga, which will include the use of props as well as hands-on assists so you can release tension and cultivate tranquility. Explore the healing properties of meditation with an extended guided visualization and aromatherapy at the end of the session. You will leave feeling peaceful and restored.
