Join Catyn and Gabby from Beacon Hill Yoga for a juicy and upbeat 75 minute hybrid class that mixes barre and yoga!
Catyn will lead us through a sweat inducing barre workout that will work the whole body and Gabby will finish it off with a vinyasa flow that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
