Faith discovered yoga as a senior in college, and found it was a way to balance herself both
mentally and physically. After three years of constant practice, she decided to dive deeper and
completed the 200 hour teacher training and art of assisting programs at Down Under School of
Faith finds that every time she arrives on her mat she becomes a little more in tune with herself,
and hopes to share that presence with others. She looks forward to continuing her practice and
teaching of yoga as she goes to medical school next fall.
Faith teaches vinyasa, heated vinyasa, and renewal yoga.
