After graduating college and finishing a division 3 lacrosse career at Wheaton College, Harry entered a demanding job in downtown Boston. To help develop more balance in his life, Harry turned to yoga to help reduce stress and find greater internal drive. Inspired by his practice, Harry completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training to foster a deeper understanding of the practice and its history.  Harry developed a passion for proper form and alignment, which led him naturally into teaching beginners the basics of the asana practice after completing his training. Harry now instructs all levels and has integrated his passion for building strength into his classes, teaching a class which helps to cultivate both physical and mental power. Harry strives to leave his students with a sense of comfort in the classroom and a deeper understanding of their own practice.
