Kat is a lifelong student of yoga and after many years working in retail, she followed her heart to become yoga teacher certified. She is an adventure capitalist, lover of life and has an outgoing, collaborative spirit! Kat is a voracious reader and is influenced by her teachers, peers, environment and travels. She aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to her classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, Kats goal is to have her students leaving each class renewed....she really believes that movement is medicine. Kat holds space for honest connection and reflection. She teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting students experience the practice for themselves through careful planning and energy reading.
