Maya Sali has been practicing yoga since 2008 and it quickly became an integral part of her life. In 2014, Maya completed her 500-hour teacher training under the guidance of Ouvi Lifhsitz. She was later certified to teach children's yoga, prenatal yoga, as well as Pilates.
In order to continue to develop as a teacher, Maya is participating in the 300-hour training of the Boston Yoga School (led by Ame Warn) and a 300-hour training at Down Under Yoga (led by Natasha Rizopoulos).
Maya brings her vast educational foundation and wide understanding of Anatomy and Kinesiology into her classes. You can expect to find a dynamic flow synchronizing breath with movement and careful attention to alignment in her classes. Maya hopes to teach each student how to educate, strengthen and enjoy her/his body in each moment.
