Molly discovered yoga in 2020 and was immediately hooked. After months of practicing on an app during covid lockdown, she ventured into a studio which deeply grew her practice. A former athlete, runner, and busy-body, yoga became a tool to slow down and connect to her body. Molly’s classes focus on alignment and breath, but most importantly curiosity and a commitment to exploring oneself and the physical body. Molly combines meditation concepts and an inspired playlist to create a welcoming, upbeat, and grounded experience. Molly enjoys learning about the body and aims to cultivate curiosity and joy in her classes. Molly completed her 200 hour teacher training at Boston Yoga Union, attends workshops as much as possible, and practices at studios across Boston.
