Natasha completed her 200-hr and 300-hr teacher training with Down Under School of Yoga. Her teaching style combines attention to principles of alignment, safely building strength and ease in postures, and utilizing breath work to energize the body and quiet the mind. Discovering greater range of motion, preventing injuries, and helping students modify their practice to meet their unique needs is of particular interest to her.
Natasha has nearly 20 years of classical ballet training, and also taught ballet to children, teens, and adults earlier in her career. She turned to yoga as a way to alleviate chronic pain, muscle tension, and anxiety, and has been practicing for nearly 10 years.
Natasha is originally from Chicago. By day she works full-time as an executive assistant at an investment firm in the Back Bay area. In her free time she can be found hanging out with her identical twin sister and adorable nieces and nephews, and planning her next remote beach vacation.
