Brand new to Boston and anxiety-ridden with the stimulation of city living, Corinne discovered yoga at a her neighborhood's studio. She came to the mat wanting to understand and explore her emotional mind, and felt a burning need to start living from her heart space to develop deeper relationships. Today, six years later, Corinne is very grateful to now teach the practice she fell in love with. Corinne creates a space where you'll feel present in your body, allowing your breath to guide you through class. She's also keen on teaching you how to take what you learned in class, anatomy and alignment-wise, into your life in a practical and accessible way. In class, you can expect to be challenged with creative vinyasa flow sequencing, feel joyful from artistic playlists, and experience relaxation through meditation.
When Corinne isn't teaching or practicing yoga you can find her relaxing out in nature, cooking yummy seasonal food, and learning more about crystals, energy, meditation, and astrology.
