Paige is passionate about the mind-body connection that yoga provides, and the holistic benefits of maintaining a practice. Paige fell in love with yoga in 2021 and got a 200hr RYT soon after. Since then, Paige has been formally teaching yoga in Boston studios and informally for friends, family, and community members. Paige’s teaching style is rooted in inclusivity and empowerment, and she believes that each person brings unique perspectives, styles, and abilities to the mat. Paige strives to create an environment in which all students, regardless of experience, feel welcome in the studio. She is an avid believer in the idea that “if you can breathe, you can do yoga”, and hopes that all her students feel comfortable entering class, and leave feeling a little bit stronger, and a little more mindful. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Paige loves being in nature and exploring her creative side, both of which translate into her yoga classes as well. She is currently in graduate school to be a social worker, and works as a clinical counselor in a local high school.
