Paloma Cabrera-Lustig is a Boston-based yoga instructor with advanced training in yoga asana, philosophy and meditation. She is specialized in the principals and fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga and teaches a challenging, fun, and alignment based class. She received her 200 hour yoga certification through Lynne Begier, Ryan Cunningham, and Renee LeBlanc at BackBay Yoga Studio in 2014 after 5 years of dedicated practice.
As a former competitive gymnast, Paloma has always been infatuated with challenging movement. You will often find her walking on her hands on the street, in the gym, or at your local Whole Foods market. Paloma cultivates an invigorating flow by integrating balance and powerful postures. She aims to create an experience where physical and emotional sensations are heightened for each individual, allowing them to move into deeper self-understanding, inner peace and clarity. Paloma seeks to demonstrate that the practice is a process of exploration and playfulness that can also be therapeutic. Sometimes the best way to find comfort in our own skin and heal our wounds, is to move our bodies, breathe in harmony with our movement, and be in silence. Paloma is devoted to teaching yoga to all willing bodies in all stages of life.
