As a former dancer, Rachel naturally fell in love with the grace and strength involved with barre and yoga practice. Rachel received her barre certification through SCW Fitness. She is also certified to teach yoga, and completed her 200 hour training at Down Under School of Yoga. Her goal is to create a fun, challenging, and safe environment for her clients. She focuses on alignment, creative choreography/sequencing, and carefully curated playlists to enhance her classes. Join Rachel at the barre or on your mat to strengthen body, mind, and soul!
