As a former dancer, Rachel naturally fell in love with the grace and strength involved with barre practice. When she first discovered barre, she found herself fitting as many classes into a week as possible, sometimes even practicing multiple times a day. Rachel recognizes that barre is the type of workout that delivers visible results to both body and mind. Every class is an opportunity to take on a new challenge or variation.
Rachel received her barre certification in the Fall of 2016. Her goal is to create a fun, challenging, and safe environment for her clients.
