Samara’s favorite things in the world are full moons and yoga. She loves to practice, but has found an even greater passion for teaching. She trained in Seattle in 2017 with Greta Hill, a pioneering member of Rasa Yoga, which fuses vinyasa and hatha styles of yoga. She teaches powerful, creative flows with careful attention to alignment, with a little sprinkle of silliness and soul. She is a neuroscientist by day and yogini by night. One of her long term goals is to find ways to integrate these worlds, and deepen our understanding of how powerfully yoga shapes and transforms the human mind.
