Victoria began practicing yoga in 2010 and was initially drawn to the physical outlet it provided.  Over time, she came to realize the impact the practice had on her life outlook and overall well-being.  She believes that yoga can provide the framework for how we live our lives.  The physical practice creates space to move inward and navigate through any mental clutter to find clarity, happiness, and balance.

In each class Victoria aims to inspire her students to reach their full potential, both on and off the mat.  With an emphasis on Vinyasa yoga and a love for movement, her goal is to create a safe space for students to truly get to know themselves and have a little fun along the way.

Victoria completed a YogaWorks intensive 200 hour certification in Hawaii under the direction of Alicia Cheung and Oliver Reinsch.
