Andrea hatzis
From the time she could remember, movement was how Andrea expressed her playful nature. She found yoga after the pandemic as a way to reconnect to her body and show herself some love. It wasn’t very long before she was hooked – Andrea fell in love with the concept that her practice made her stand taller on the inside and out. What started out as low impact cross-training to running half-marathons became an anchor, and a way to stay grounded amidst the ebbs and flows of daily life.
Andrea’s Baptiste-inspired flows are intelligently designed to deepen your relationship to your body. Her spicy flows blend heat and softness to leave you feeling aligned, steady and present. Andrea encourages her students to meet themselves where they’re at, be kind to their bodies and practice gratitude.
Andrea completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Down Under School of Yoga, and is excited to continue evolving as both a student and teacher in Down Under’s 300hr YTT.
