Join Paloma for this in-depth, fun, freeing and fearless exploration of transitioning from your feet, to your hands and beyond! This two-hour workshop includes 60 minutes of vinyasa flow, heating and opening the body, followed by step-by- step instruction on how to tackle a wide array of purifying and exciting arm balances and inversions. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner looking to achieve greater heights (with your feet!) or that “new yoga mat smell” is still fresh, come and learn to incorporate these poses into your every day practice with confidence and ease. Bring your questions and learn to spice it up!
