At a time when life felt relentless, Bridget found yoga as a space to move, reflect, and breathe. Through years of practice, yoga has taught her to listen to her body, understand her edges, and approach challenges with curiosity. In 2026, she felt called to share this experience with others and become a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through JP Centre Yoga in Boston.
Bridget teaches mixed-level vinyasa, power vinyasa, and flow and restore classes. As a Boston educator and former designer, Bridget brings student-centered and inclusive design principles to every class. She believes yoga is an adaptable and accessible practice that encourages connection and community. Her favorite part of teaching is guiding others to discover what their bodies are capable of. By offering modifications and progressions, she creates a brave space that empowers students of all experience levels to feel confident and curious in class.
