emma kleinman

Emma is a 200-hour yoga instructor who completed her training at the Salty Buddha, a certified sound healer through Summer Street Wellness, and a certified Yoga Sculpt instructor through My Vinyasa Practice. She first came to yoga seeking a greater sense of physical and mental balance, but quickly discovered that the practice offered her so much more. Yoga became a place to slow down, reconnect, and feel more grounded, and she loves creating that same space for others.

Emma’s classes are rooted in breath-led movement, dynamic transitions, and mindful flow, with an emphasis on using the breath as an anchor for both body and mind. She loves helping students build skills and body awareness that extend beyond the class itself offering tools, techniques, and movement concepts that students can carry into other classes and incorporate into their own practice. Above all, she hopes students leave class feeling more connected to themselves, a little more present, and with something they can carry with them off the mat.

Outside of the studio, Emma works in finance and volunteers with a local dog rescue. A long-time East Boston resident, she loves spending time by the water, exploring Jeffries Point, and adventuring around the neighborhood with her pup, Piper.
