Lindy Feintuch

Lindy began her yoga journey seeking a physical practice, but quickly discovered that what kept her coming back was the community and the way she felt after class—more grounded, energized, and encouraged to be her best self. When she completed her 200-hour training at Feel Better Yoga in North Carolina, she gained clarity about why yoga felt so good: it was the seamless blend of breath, focus, intention, and movement.

She taught hot vinyasa, recharge, yin, and slow flow classes before expanding into adaptive chair and floor yoga at a retirement community. Later, she taught community classes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while living in England, experiences that shaped her commitment to accessible and inclusive teaching.

Lindy recently moved to Boston and is excited to reconnect with a studio community. Her classes weave mindful sequencing with breath-led transitions, offering students a space to steady themselves, tune inward, and feel supported. She hopes to share the same spark of inspiration she first found in her own practice—and to keep learning from every student she meets.
