maya malouf: personal trainer

Hi I’m Maya! I’ve been personal training for almost four years, working with clients in both private and group settings to teach the fundamentals of lifting, functional movement, and the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. I’m passionate about helping people feel strong and confident through movement while making fitness fun, approachable, and sustainable. Alongside fitness, I currently work as a counselor at McLean Hospital, where supporting others and helping people grow has continued to shape who I am both personally and professionally. I truly enjoy teaching people how to move their bodies correctly, safely, and with purpose.

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve completed four marathons while maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and recently completed a HYROX competition, which challenged both my strength and endurance and inspired me even more to share this style of training with others. For me, fitness is about building confidence, balance, and feeling good both physically and mentally. I believe movement should be fun, and empowering! Outside of the gym, I love long walks, grabbing coffee, trying new places to eat and spending time with friends.
