Soft SUNDAY: Finding the present moment

In this 2 hour workshop, learn to slow down the physical body to create space to be  curious about what is going on in the body and mind. Explore ways to reconnect to what is happening right now, rather than being distracted by the past or planning for the future. Through mindful meditation, breathing practices, and a mix of deep Yin and gentle restorative poses, journey through the senses to arrive in the present moment!
