Stefy Modesto

I received my 200-hour RYT in 2015 and have been practicing and teaching ever since, I received another 200 hours in 2022 which has allowed me to strengthen and expand my practice. Yoga has become an essential tool in my life and one that I carry outside of asana itself. Through yoga I have been able to control the mind-stuff or the “citta” and although its not perfect, it is a constant reminder that with time and practice it gets easier. Being able to separate myself from the outside world and find peace is something I didn’t think I could achieve at this point in my life; I am incredibly grateful to this practice because it has become so much more than just movement and has truly allowed me to understand myself and those around me. I am proud to be part of small businesses and want to create a diverse and accepting community wherever I go. I am passionate about the healing and restorative properties of yoga along with delivering a safe space for students to learn and grow through their flow, and a believer in the power of healing through touch. I am Miami born and raised and have been in Boston for about two years. I love to travel and open my heart and mind to new experiences.

In her classes, you can expect fun sweaty vinyasa flows with upbeat music and a variety of hands-on assists. We start class with breathwork and mindfulness, carrying over into a flow that will leave you feeling strong, sweaty, and ready for a sweet savasana!
