In this workshop, we will discover and practice fundamentalmeditation techniques. We will use these and other resources to dive deeper into our daily emotions such as anxiety, sadness, anger, and self-doubt. We will discuss daily tools that can be used to live rooted in the present and move us into contentment. Using guided meditation and restorative yoga we will experience the peace of mindfulness.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Eliza was raised in the practice of Kundalini Yoga and discovered her own practice in Vinyasa Yoga while at college in Boston. Shortly afterwards she completed her 200hr training program in Vinyasa Yoga with the New School of Yogic arts; studying under Laura Ahrens, Goldie Graham and Tatiana Sousa. Eliza has long strived to bring mindfulness into her everyday life and does the same in her personal practice and classes. She often integrates pranayam into her teaching and aims to leave her students feeling more centered and of strong mind and spirit. In her classes Eliza offers hands-on-assists to help you deepen your practice.
